Project initiation and strategy

Braver IT undertook a strategic initiative with Lumen to enhance its operational capabilities in the European Union, coordinating closely with teams in Spain and the USA. This project focused on accelerating the development of a new marketplace platform, a key strategic objective for Lumen. From the outset, Braver IT was entrusted with setting up and taking ownership of the recruitment process, ensuring alignment with Lumen’s stringent requirements and operational goals. This initial phase was crucial for laying the groundwork for a tailored approach to staffing and project execution.

Team development and execution

Within a remarkably short span of three months, Braver IT successfully built a team of 21 engineers. This team began as a unified group but was quickly organized into smaller, specialized squads to address specific needs of the project more effectively. This structure allowed for agility and precise attention to the various technical aspects of the marketplace platform. Each squad was composed of individuals selected for their specific skills and experience, facilitating a focused and efficient approach to achieving project milestones.

Outcomes and expansion

The strategic formation and management of the team yielded significant results. The delivery of the new marketplace platform was streamlined, meeting all the predefined objectives. The success of the project demonstrated Braver IT’s effectiveness in managing and executing complex IT projects within a multinational context. As a result, the cooperation expanded, involving over 30 engineers and extending the scope to include additional hiring managers and projects, thereby reinforcing Lumen’s competitive edge in the industry. This growth exemplifies the scalability and adaptability of Braver IT’s approach to project management and client collaboration.
