Braver IT, in order to protect its earned reputation, seeks to cooperate only with partners who share the aforementioned values.

Each entity cooperating with Braver IT on the basis of any legal title (hereinafter: Partner), adopts the following rules of conduct as its own.

I. The Partner’s conduct must not – contrary to the law or accepted principles of ethical business – violate the interests of another business or customer. If the Partner doubts that its behavior contradicts the aforementioned standards, it is obliged to refrain from such behavior.

II. Partner may legitimize the name or any other type of designation of Braver IT in relation to a client or other business, but may not use them for purposes unrelated to cooperation with us. Nor may it use any designation or name of another entrepreneur to promote Braver IT.

III. In its dealings with clients and others, the Partner is obliged to maintain the principles of utmost transparency. He shall not provide not only false information, but also information that would mislead about the activities of Braver IT or another business, especially a competitor.

IV. In addition to the obligation to maintain the confidentiality of information constituting Braver IT’s business secrets, the Partner is also obligated not to disclose to anyone (including Braver IT) any information constituting another entrepreneur’s secrets.

V. The Partner agrees not to take over the employees or clients of another entrepreneur in a dishonest manner – in particular, it is not allowed to induce the termination of contracts with another entrepreneur or to induce the improper performance of their duties. A partner who acquires a client or employee in such a way that he terminates a contract with his existing employer (or an entrepreneur with whom he cooperates on other terms) may not expect remuneration for such service.

VIII. A Partner who obtains information or suspicion of non-compliance with this Policy (as well as with generally applicable laws) by any entity cooperating with Braver IT is obligated to immediately report this fact to us.

Failure to comply with the provisions of this Policy constitutes an independent premise for termination of cooperation with Braver IT, with the manner of termination depending on the type of agreement linking us with the Partner.
