1. Definitions

a) Service Provider – BRAVER IT S.A. with its registered office in Krakow, 13 Wiejska Street, 31-464 Krakow, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for Krakow – Śródmieście, XI Economic Department of the National Court Register under KRS: 0000965268, NIP: 9452255163, REGON: 52171765400000, share capital of 100,000, 00 PLN paid in full.

b) User – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, who uses services provided electronically by the Service Provider as part of the www.braverit.com website.

c) Services provided electronically – services provided without the simultaneous presence of the parties (at a distance), through the transmission of data at the individual request of the User. As part of the functionality of the biuro@braverit.com website, the services provided electronically are the provision of:

  • the content of the website located at biuro@braverit.com,
  • the service “Contact Form”,

2. Services provided electronically

A. Contact form

The contact form is available on the home page of biuro@braverit.com

It allows contact between the User and the Service Provider through a return contact by means of a telephone call or e-mail address – depending on the scope of the data provided by the User (response to a question or request, contact at the request of the User). To use the contact form, it is necessary to provide a telephone number and e-mail address.

B. Provision of the website

The Service Provider provides services by electronic means to enable the display of the content of the www.braverit.pl website and all the subpages located within this web address.

3. Terms and conditions for the conclusion and termination of contracts for the provision of services by electronic means

1. provision of the website – the agreement is concluded when the content of the website is displayed, and terminated when the User stops displaying it.

2. contact form – the contract is concluded when the form fields are filled in and submitted. Submitting the form requires acceptance of these terms and conditions. The contract expires when the Service Provider’s representative completes the feedback contact.

4. Complaints

1. The User has the right to lodge a complaint in matters concerning the Services provided electronically.

2. A complaint may be submitted:

– in writing, by submitting the letter in person at the Service Provider’s office (i.e. Wiejska 13 Street, 31-464 Krakow) or by mail to the above address,

– electronically – by e-mail, by sending an appropriate message to: biuro@braverit.com

3. The complaint should include a description of the problem giving rise to the complaint and contact information.

4. The time limit for processing a complaint is 14 days from the date of its receipt by the Service Provider. If the complaint cannot be considered within the aforementioned period, the Service Provider will immediately notify the complainant of this circumstance, the reasons for the delay and the expected date for consideration of the complaint.

5. Amendment of the regulations for the provision of services by electronic means.

1. The Service Provider may amend these Regulations for important reasons. By important reasons are understood circumstances resulting from changes:

  • functionality of the website,
  • applicable laws,
  • Service Provider’s business profile,
  • services provided,

2. The Terms and Conditions are changed by terminating its existing terms by displaying information in the form of a pop-up window. Along with the notice of termination, the Service Provider provides the new content of the Regulations. The notice period is 14 days.

6. Special risks associated with the use of services provided electronically

In fulfillment of the obligation provided for in Article 6(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws No. 144, item 1204, as amended), the Service Provider hereby informs about the specific risks associated with the use of services provided by electronic means by the Users, noting, however, that this information concerns risks that may occur only potentially, but which, despite the use by the Service Provider of measures to adequately protect its infrastructure, should be taken into account.

The basic risks associated with the use of the Internet include:

  • Malware – various types of applications or scripts that have a harmful, criminal or malicious effect on a network user’s ICT system, such as viruses, worms, Trojans;
  • Spyware – programs that track a user’s activities and collect information about the user and send it – usually without the user’s knowledge or consent – to the author of the program;
  • Spam – unsolicited and unsolicited e-mails sent simultaneously to multiple recipients, often containing advertising content;
  • Phishing – phishing for sensitive personal information (e.g. passwords) by impersonating a trustworthy person or institution;
  • hacking into a user’s ICT system using hacking tools;
  • cryptanalysis – the ability to find weaknesses in a cryptographic system in order to enable it to be broken or circumvented.

The user, in order to avoid the above-mentioned risks, should equip his computer and other electronic devices that he uses when connecting to the Internet with an antivirus program and a firewall. Such programs should be constantly updated.

7. Functions or purposes of software or data that are not a component of the content of the service, entered by the Service Provider into the User’s ICT system

Up-to-date information about the function and purpose of software or data that are not a component of the content of the Service provided electronically, entered into the information and communication system used by the User (cookies), is contained in the Privacy Policy available at www.braverit.com.

8. Obligations of the User

The User is obliged to use the Service Provider’s website in a manner consistent with the law and good morals, taking into account respect for personal rights and copyrights and intellectual property of the Service Provider and third parties. The User is obliged to enter data in accordance with the actual state of affairs. The User is obliged to prohibit the provision of unlawful content.

9. Technical conditions

1. In order to use the services provided under these Regulations, the User shall have:

  • a computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone or other multimedia device with Internet access;
  • Internet browser: Internet Explorer version no older than 9.0 or Mozilla FireFox version no older than 15 or Google Chrome version no older than 12 or Opera version no older than 10 or Safari version no older than 4;
  • Java Script and Cookies enabled;
  • an active e-mail address.

2. recommended minimum screen resolution: 1024 x 768.

10. final provisions

1. The Regulations shall enter into force on 20.06.2023.

2. The Regulations and Services provided electronically shall be governed by Polish law.

3. Disputes arising under the Regulations or in the provision of electronic services shall be resolved by the competent common court. In the case of entrepreneurs, the common court with jurisdiction over the Service Provider’s registered office will be considered the competent court. The Client may also use out-of-court ways to resolve complaints (mediation, arbitration) and assert claims. Notwithstanding the above, a Client who is a consumer may seek assistance from the municipal (district) consumer ombudsman. All necessary information in this regard can be obtained from the website of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection at: www.uokik.gov.pl.

4. these Regulations are made available to buyers free of charge via www.braverit.com in a form that allows them to download, record and print them.

5. pursuant to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No. 524/2013 of May 21, 2013, we inform that at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr the platform is available.
