We take on us the entire financial risk of new projects – we guarantee PLN 1 million in start-up financing and cash flow security up to PLN 10 million. We build companies based on already recognizable and reliable brands, ensuring their dynamic growth from the very beginning. We provide our partners with shares and freedom in shaping their organizations.

Grzegorz is the founder and co-owner of Braver IT with over 10 years of experience in the IT industry. An engineer and technology enthusiast who specializes in finding talent for sales and business development. He most values building long-term relationships with partners and the opportunity to help IT experts monetize their knowledge and experience.

Radosław Tosnowiec

Radek has over 10 years of experience in finance, real estate and IT. He started his career in corporate finance and today is a specialist in finance and economics. As a CEO of Monument Fund and Ready4S he supports business start-ups in raising funds for business development. Privately a sports and travel enthusiast.

Przemysław Frączek

Przemek, as a former CTO, is a specialist in technology. He has several years of experience in developing strategies for technology companies and startups. He is also an expert in risk mitigation in IT projects. In business, he feels great working with people and developing partnership relations.
